And moving well for life with minimal impediments is how we roll!  Training sessions are functional, relevant to your lifestyle/sport, versatile, challenging + movement-based. They are designed with built-in assessments to ensure training is balanced + appropriate to your level, progressions to achieve + exceed goals, and new challenge practices to keep you mentally sharp while never plateauing.


Areas of training: Combinations of stretching, mobility, total-body power strength, functional strength,  cardio-respiratory, agility, tension + balance, coordination and reaction, calisthenics + endurance.


Sessions are fully customized, typically 1.5 hours in duration to include ample time for relevant collaboration and dialogue, warm-up, focused training, cool downs + challenges.


Clients have full access to their custom digital Training Folder + Documents for future use for life.


Coach Juls remains available regularly for questions, concerns, updates + an occasional dinner, run, non-counsel, counseling session, economics talk and everything health, tactical, philosophical + training related and nerdy.


2024 Rates


$500 - 12 Sessions (to be used within 40 day time span)

$375 - 8 Sessions (to be used within 30 day time span)

$220 - 4 Sessions (to be used within 30 day time span)

$100 per single session
